Is there a comprehensive HB2 profile creation guide?

I tried to create profiles for HB in the past, but the pathing creation was really confusing so I gave that up.

Now that HB2 has the "nav system" I don't have to worry about pathing, I would like to try my hands on it again.

As far as I know, you can use the profile from HB, and HB2 will execute the profile with its nav path. Is there a list of all possible settings with explanation of what they do? I've read the guide for HB but it doesn't say very much.
