Great question! To my knowledge there isn't a bot that works too well for what you are describing. Some people have had luck with a few AH bots but the ones I have used typically run slow and require a substantial amount of setup and trial-and-error testing. My best advice would be to download the TradeSkillMaster addon via curse and set up some custom buying/selling item lists which can be done in a matter of seconds by googling something like "TSM Shopping List" or "TSM transmog list." Then go ahead and scan the AH manually periodically for deals using TSM or use the TSM AH sniper. There is a great set of YouTube videos to how to set up TSM groups and price sources for the sniper. Personally, I like to use HB in conjunction with the TSM sniper so I don't afk and then go about my daily business and check in on it periodically while it scans. Most insanely good deals will likely have already been taken but there is a surprising amount of items that may sell for 200-300g you can snag for 5-10g and turn a profit on. That's the method I use, prior to the massive ban wave that took place back in May I had accumulated over 600k doing that method and that method only in about 2 months but your results may vary based on your realm. High pop realms seem to work best for obvious reasons.
