Is the HB download broken?

I purchased HB today, and have tried to download it several different times. First, I just chose "run" and it immediately told me that the application was not found. So I chose "save" instead, and it tells me the same thing. I've tried saving it to my download folder, my desktop, and my hard drive directory, and each time it tells me the same thing. Is it a bad file? The icon for the download isn't even a folder or icon or anything, it's just a standard "jibberish" icon. I included a picture of the icon and error message.

I can't unzip it. There is no option for it to be unzipped. Unless I'm just retarded and don't see it. (which is very possible. )

You need a program to unzip a .zip file first!

Do you have winrar or winzip?

If yes, open it vis those Programms.

Nevermind. Got done going full retard and can now unzip it.
