Is the dungeon buddy under construction?

I was just wondering if the dungeon buddy was currently still being worked on cause every time i queue and get into a dungeon my character just stands there and "I" have to move him towards the fight then the bot starts "sometimes". Just wondering if there was something up with it that I am doing wrong with that one.
