Hello,

I came back to WoW and Honorbuddy after the release of new expansion.

I notice a huge difference in the community as there isn't anymore so many updated or new plugins, bots, etc.
For example few of my favourite plugins like: LogMeOut and BuddyCon haven't been updated in a while.

If you are afraid since your plugins etc isnt updated. Its because of the changes from HB2 to HB3.
Many things got incompatible and developers of profiles and such, needed to make it compatible with HB3.

But im sure it will be fixed soon :3

I definitely wouldn't say it's "dead," but it has simmered down a bit. No complaints, though. I'm really looking forward to Legionbuddy!

Like mentioned above - not dead, but definitely lower activity than before. It's only natural, people move on.

The size of the community should not matter, as long as the plugin devs remain active.

There is a lot of conversations going on in the various discord channels.

I think most of that is due to the poor choice on HB end to release HB3 at launch time, this basically put most the coders in chaos updating all their current plugins, rather then making new ones. While there is obviously new ones coming out, it's just been slowed down due to that. HB3 basically broke everything and coders are updating and fixing everything to work properly with it, once that gets smoothed out Im sure we will see a lot more work and progress from developers.

Also just to add to this, from what I've seen some developers don't code for the store anymore due to the contracts they have to agree to, so less people are willing to develop because of that.
