Is the buddy store down right now?

Everytime I try to add a trial to my account from the store for any product OR a FREE product I get the same error message "Error.

An error occurred while processing your request."

I am crazy for expecting a product that I now pay monthly for, to work when I want it to vs how it used to be... it'll work when they feel like it, cause hell I have the rest of my life to use it.

I have tried both inside of the buddy with the iframe of the buddy store and directly going to the site, yes I am logged in, yes I have tried restarting my computer and clearing my cache and cookies.
