Is the bot working right now or not?

I only ask because there are a couple of different release threads stickied that don't clearly indicate and mine is not working (crashes on startup). my bot also reports that it doesnt support the current version of HB.

There's only one Release thread right now that is stickied. The Beta thread has nothing in it, as Beta is down for a big set of changes, but if that's confusing, I'll unstick it for the time being.
