is selling gold still good?

i've been wanting to buy a few bots and create my botting empire once again, but before i do i wanted to get an inside look at how selling gold is these days.

i hear it's a lot riskier than before, is this true? i know it's risky nontheless, but i hear that the frequency of gold selling related bans has increased lately.

could anybody shed some light my way? would be greatly appreciated.

From what I've read on here, not only is it very risky, but it also isn't anywhere near as profitable as it previously was. I only bot for my own characters use so for me, it's time savings, not profit directed. It will allow me to do things when I'm not actually at the keyboard.

But if you do sell gold, be sure to do alot of research here on the best methods to move it from you to your customers...
