Is restarting Honorbuddy without restarting WoW safe?

I run Garrisonbuddy and it doesn't work after switching characters, both with Singular and do-nothing routine - it tries to run around, but it won't collect orders or gather nodes. So I have two options - restarting WoW+HB for every toon or logging another character and only restarting Honorbuddy (even though WoW crashes quite often when you close Honorbuddy). I'm wondering whether it is safe to restart Honorbuddy 11 times with the same WoW process or not. I'm running this on my main account and I'm really paranoid about this. Is this safe or does it increase chances of detection even slightly?

you must restart Hb when you switch chars and its safe to do this
