Is RaF dangerous?

Say you RaF an account with your main account, and create it with different information, could your main account be banned if the second account is caught for botting? This is of course assuming the bot was never running when your main account was up.

To eliminate some confusion, has this ever happened to anyone that you know of? I'm not so much asking if it "could happen" as much as if it "has happened". Thanks.

Not likely. If the main account doesn't bot, and has no association with the one that does, the only way they could link them is through gold transfers, or on a very extreme chance of an IP/Mac address ban. You should be fine. Most people who get multiple accounts banned are doing massive amounts of gold selling, and logs of farming/AH posting.

this has been asked a hundred times

If you don't bot on your main (accts) then by all means, multiple wow1-8 them, but if you do, seperate your botting accts from your main accts.

never bot on an account that you cannot afford to lose. or trade / sell gold from it, or AH the botted goods or store the botted goods
