Was wondering if the issue with HB is being worked on, would be nice to know whats going on, logs have been posted. none of the quickfix's are working. thanks

Yes, bugs are always being repaired, and new features installed. We just dropped a new release with about 80 reports addressed. Since you seemed to have missed it, you can find the change log here:
