Is it worth it to buy MOP at the current price? Or just keep leveling alts to 85?

After losing my main account to the PQR banwave, I am using my leftover RaF account which I purchased during the battlechest sale (cata) around Christmas time.
MOP now costs 20$ (from 10 during sale) for US folk, and includes no additional game time.....
Do you guys think there will be a sale anytime soon? or should I just buy it? Because I just hit 85 today and not sure what to do...

*note: when I say buying I'm talking about using real currency, I dont have much gold in game. did 55-85 dk and have roughly 6-7k gold

I can assure you that 10$ extra you will pay for MOP will never make you miserable.

Depends what your goal is really.

There is plenty of gold to be made from 85s on my server at least, looking at the prices of embersilk and other Cata goods.

there might be a sale in 3 months, you never know.

There are typically sales on the expac at the onset of summer and around black friday. A few more are scattered in, but those seem to be the reliable ones.
