Is it worth getting back into Honorbuddy?

Hello Buddy forums my question is simple is it worth getting back into using Honorbuddy?

I took a year break from WoW and I've been catching up since november. My main account has been suffering some economic issues since I no longer 'play' the AH game anymore and my botting account was banned way back. I use to be able to gather tons of ore and herbs in MoP at the start.

The reason im asking this questions is because I've noticed a recent increase in the ban rate or catch rate of grathers. On this forums and others people post and speak about gather rates going up.

If that's the case, what other botting method would grant me gold.

As a side note I'm not a Gold Seller or Buyer, I only bot for what i need. I usually would bot until i reached 50k gold and then stop botting until i was back down to 2-10k I did this for 2 Years in Cata and Start of MoP. This is how I've always botted. I also Use my extra monitors to 'monitor' the bot whenever it was on, I would never bot without myself being at my computer.. call me paranoid. But oh well.

I just returned to WoW mid-November and when WoW went on the $5 sale I bought 5 accounts and RAF linked them all, took 2 days to get to 90; and now I'm using them to farm dungeons instead of ore/herb. I too did the same thing in cata/wrath with farming herbs but now I feel as if dungeon farming is "safer"

Yup no problem. If you plan on dungeon farming I'd recommend you do a blood DK, there's a new isle called Timeless Isle, you can get all pieces of gear excluding 1 trinket, and a weapon from there(ALL 496 epics); however there's a scenario you can run to get a 450 weapon and as for a 2nd trinket you can buy one of the green ones from the vendors around MOP

Check out Botanist's profile packs, his DK dungeon farming is quite profitable from what i've read and heard

its a personal decision really, depends what you can make of it.

do you have an acct you wont cry over if you lose it? if so, then yeah sure bot. if you dont want to risk your acct, then dont bot.

there is still a /shitload/ of profit to be made from botting. that is a fact.... so its up to you.

The ban rates are currently no higher now. If you use gatherbuddy unattended on a High pop server you WILL get reported and since they made player reporting so much easier the stupid people are getting banned. On that note there are some really informative people around with alternatives to making gold.
