That's a kind of a question no one will ever answer you and annoy other members of the community instead.
If you want to help them, don't mind the section of their question. A mod will - sooner or later - move the thread to the corresponding section.

Generally support questions shouldn't even be placed in the support forum. They should be posted in the appropriate thread for the problem at hand.

But yeah, this post is no better than the 99% of other threads out there.
