On a scale of 1-10 how safe is it to use CR bots right now?

Also, what about the questing bot?

I know its never safe but i get the feeling that ban wave was worse than normal. I lost an account.
Have 2 more that I've never botted on, but want to.
 
-20 it will never be like it was, there will need to be some base code rework done.
 
It is safe until you get caught. No way of knowing when Warden is snooping around. I'm holding off botting until Bossland announces any kind of update on the whole situation.
 
If you use the bot you will be banned, maybe tomorrow, maybe in 6 months but know that if you bot you will be banned, simple as that.
 
guys im pretty sure we all know its not SAFE... i bet he wanted to ask if it is still DETECTED from the MASSIVE ban wave...

Exactly. Thats why i put a 1-10 on it lol.

My account was banned and i only used manned CRs on it and did things like CDs and interrupts manually. So there its something being detected 100% for sure. Its not from getting reported by players.

Wanted to know if that was fixed.

This is so misleading. By definition, HB is not safe, so yeah maybe its as "safe" as always, considering its not safe

BUT!

If you take a look at how many banwaves HB had prior to 2014-2015, and then how many its got now, history proves that the chances of a user getting banned has increased dramatically, and as such, it is not as "safe" as always

I hate how they wont just give a straight answer.

Eurothug it looks like some mini waves coming in and they are all perma bans.

Safe is never going to be in the Honorbuddy vocabulary again. Its a shame because as far as being detected it used to be in there vocab.
 
To answer your question OP, No.

Its never been safe.

It was undetected how ever so you could bot without being caught unless you did stupid shit like bot for 20+hours straight.

Ive been botting for many years now and have been caught once with a 6month ban because the bot was detected. I only ever use enyo and a CR or raid bot and a CR thats it.
 
Every few months expect months or so expect a ban. That's been the trend. Usually before a big patch. I think they held off bans til after blizzcon.
