Is it "safe" to use RAF?

Hey im thinking about botting again since i have 7 keys that arent being used.... I know botting is never safe, But i was curious if anyone has determined or thought that maybe RAFing all of your bots together increases likelyhood of mass ban? Just curious what people think.
