Is it safe to use BgBuddy now?

I was banned 3 months ago for using BGBuddy. Today i saw 10-15 bots when playing Alterac. So, it is safe to use BGBuddy now?

just bot like an human should play.
grind a bit do a few BG do an dailies play with the AH train skills and a toon

I've been using BG buddy to farm 3 complete sets on 3 characters and did not receive bans, however I do recommend disabling Eye of Storm in the random que as that one tends to bug, which is begging for a ban.
Also Strand of the Ancients acted weird from time to time so disable that too and you should be fine. Also be sure to use a proper cc. And as always don't push your luck by going 24/7
