Is Niantic rolling out bans? Or is this defiantly a world wide server issue?
I have tried logging into my account that I bot on and it keeps coming up with "Failed to get data from the server" It also won't let me bot on this account which is a Google account.
It is however letting me bot on my Pokemon trainer club account with no problems. I haven't tried logging into the Pokemon trainer account with my device yet. But I have the feeling that this is either a ban wave or a Google login problem.

Yea I just hit level 35 the other day too.

I can defiantly confirm that this is a ban.
I don't know what type of ban though.
I just made a new Google account and signed into Pokemon Go with no problems.
I switched it back to my other account and I got the "failed to get game data from server" error message again.
So it works with a brand new account but it isn't working with my account that I have used a bot on.
I'm 90% sure that this has to be some type of ban.

check on the phone and it show the
"our server are humble for your incredible response"
with pokemon picture behind.

while my main account log in fine...

you guys are freakin parano. You should chill and let the IT guys handle it, if you don't know crap, let us troubleshoot and give u the heads up. 20 threads for that, when only one was needed.
