just wondering if it's safe to open DB like normaly, first time botting, and wanting to be sure that if i open DB when in d3 after patch i'm safe, and it auto update DB. els plz tell me what to do.

Im waiting a few days (till weekend ) to see how many ppl report bans here on the forums.
Surely if you dont care your accs ( botting on pure farm accs, not "main" acc ), you can start right now, but im botting on my 5 years old acc as well, so im a bit paranoid :)

same, my acc is just abit older, since from wow came out =) s? don't wanna loss it, thats why i ask =D hehehe but i se alot of bans, and are abit affraid =) maby some more reply and it make me feel safer or not =D

Botting is never safe if you can't afford to lose your accounts :) i don't see why it would be any more unsafe than usual after patch days. I even feel like i shouldn't be offline for too long after patches as that might raise suspicion being online that often and long normally.

the thing is, i'm online now, just playing my self. and don't normaly bot so much, only during sleeptime =) raised 70 paragon lvls. just need 15 more for lvl 100. and that earned me some g on the way, love this bot. but if it's as safe as normaly i don't se why not. only se ppl botting 24/7 who get bans. none of my friends who bot with brain who have gotten a ban.

botting is never safe lol. patch/no patch makes no difference.

I wait for 2 month each time the patch comes out before I start botting again. Never got banned.

blizzard will rape your ass when botting after patches. not that you would mind..

I don't see how a couple extra days is going to save an account. If they have a new way to detect botting, they'd also know what to look for in account history. No one would be safe, but then again, I've never seen true banwave involving botting. It's usually due to third party gold selling and other reasons.

If blizzard did a banwave 80% of their playerbase would disappear overnight, all that would be left is 5 people in softcore and the hardcore community.

I think they can detect anyone who is botting, and ban only the people who get to a certain amount of gold or have a big impact on the game/economy ... you know like selling 500 mil everyday on rmah.
There are probably many other people who can give a more reasonable explanation, who is safe and who isn't , but then again they can't be even 50% right :D

its as "safe" as always
