Is it safe that run Multiple bots on one PC?

No because blizzard collects and associates your hardware id of nic card with accounts and ips also so if login times collide you will surely be flagged for a ban on the next ban wave or if you get caught botting on 1 the other one will get a ban also blizzard is ruthless however if you do think you can despite my thoughts I wouldnt do more than 2 accounts at any given time.
