hmmm ... I dont know about all that mess, if its on your pc and not running. If you get banned for having it on your pc then thats a different story in which it would be in your favor.

This is the only time I'm going to post in this thread, as the question itself is ridiculous at best (it's been answered probably 100 times in the last 3 days throughout various threads)

The bot is as safe as it's always been, which means it has never been safe to use. The HB team has never said anything other than this. They have an entire Wiki page explaining how the chances of you being banned is, and always has been, close to 100%. Don't believe me? Here's the Wiki. I suggest you read it as its really the only acceptable answer to your question:
