Is it possible to Upgrade from a 1 session license to a 3 session license?

The title says it all. I currently have a 1 year/1 session license and I would like to upgrade to a 1 year/3 session license. Is it possible to upgrade without purchasing a new license? If so, does anyone know who I would reach out too? Thank you for your help!
