Is it possible to set up a bot that is multi dotting, while farming for cloth?

I recently started botting cloth with tailoring, to test out that method. Sadly my bot wants to farm the pack of mobs one by one and not multi-dotting, is there anyway to prevent this?
And make the bot multidot like every normal farmer would do?
