Is it possible to run Pokefarmer on phone (Android or iOS)?

I am new in Pokefarmer community.
Pokefarmer is working well on my computer.

But I was wondering if this app could be run on phone, either Android or iOS?
I check on this forum, but I do not found any thread...

Also, could you please :
- tell me if yes or no we can run this app on phone ?
- How to do it

If this thread already exist on the forum, sorry about this double message...

I somehow doubt that there's any pokefarmer app for either Android nor iOS. You could however use Teamviewer to connect your phone to your PC, remote from your device to your PC and setup Pokefarmer or watch it. I use it at work to see in case I would be DCed or something

No, I do not have a Windows phone, but only a professional iPhone and a personnal Android phone.
