Is it possible to play on a 2nd wow window?

As the title says, is it possible to play on a 2nd WoW window (2nd account) and do regular things (raid/arena/etc)

while the 1st WoW window has honorbuddy (questing to be specific) running?

yes, but they both need to be run in windowed mode.
