No. I wanted a spell blacklist for a long time, but if the CR does not offer that functionality, you are out of luck.

What you should do is either go to Singular (assuming that's what you are using) and ask for them to make a setting for that. It may get implemented if you ask correctly and explain why you need it and what it's doing wrong.
