It very well could be a problem on Bossland's end but are you sure you are using the right username and password? A common error, one I made myself when I first bought HB, is to try to use your forum username and password versus the username and password you registered with at the buddy shop where you actually purchase the product. The buddy shop username and pw is what you have to use to log into HB/GB.
