is it possible to get Grind to collect nodes?

i.e. I'm using grind mod and it's just murdering it - over 125k/hr - However I am grinding in an area where there are lootable nodes from a quest I am on, is it possible to tell grind or my profile to loot those nodes? Using Singular/Ret/Paly and the grind profiles for my level

well at the time I was collecting I think Olembi Oil for a quest, just in general is there a way to make HB pick up random lootable items for quests?

not possible for Grindbot to do something like that
