Is it possible to find when a rare last spawned?

As per the title, is there an easy way to find out when the TLPD/Poseidus etc last spawned on the server?

I'm nearly certain this information while possibly logged by Blizzard isn't released to the general public otherwise we'd of seen a site or five with listings of which servers had the spawns at what time.
Not to mention it would allow people to know exact spawn timers so farming would be more efficient.

So no I doubt there is a way at all let alone an easy way.
