Is it possible that banning is base on how much you paid for this game???

here is my story:
my main account, spent about $200 on expend bag, pokemon storage, incubators.
my alt account never spend a cent
then alt account was banned yesterday, sometimes humbled message, sometimes cant get data message.
main account is still alive.
both accounts botted about equal time, i have 2 pc, two AP, so two pc botted at the same time with different wifi.
never overnight, 10+hrs/day,instant teleport one time each, main went to US, alt went to Australia.

so here is the thought:maybe you pay more money, you get more tolerance on botting?

im not saying spending money gives you ban-proof, just some tolerance maybe, did you instant teleport a lot?

For me i have two account:
1. lvl 29, using pokefarmer bot, spent around $200, no ban.
2. lvl 28, using ne*** bot, didn't spent anything, no ban.

No softban, no 12h ban, no error messages.

The only thing i'm doing is running the bot for 45min i close the program for 15min before using it again.

you can try, they can refund up to three months back i think. you can apply for all money you spent on one single app.

the reason of refund you can put it like ''product didn't reach your expectation'' or ''money spent by your younger relatives or your kids by accident'' and so on. basically you make up some story, you dont have to tell them you got banned.

they may refund you first and second time, after that will be tough. anyway i got refund for about two thousand dollars and one thousand i spent on a online game long time ago, dont know the current situation but worth a try.
