At what point does it drop to .10 per mil?

With the high gold cost of items on the AH, not sure why the price keeps lowering as fast as it is... it's at .84 right now and was 1.71 less than 2 weeks ago.

Yeah it's dropping pretty fast. When I looked earlier it was sitting at .87/million. The floor is .25/million so it can't go to .10/million....at least not yet. The problem is there aren't enough gold sinks in game to destroy the currency. Currently it just changes hands with a small AH fee, or spent on repairs, but the rate at which it's created by killing mobs is outpacing it's destruction. Also crafting sucks so we don't have a gambling system like D2.

I think they are planning to add gold sinks with the upcoming patch. Your definitely going to have to put some coin in for the infernal ring cause you have to craft some shit to get it.

Another reason is MoP,GW2,and Torchlight 2 has taken a lot of the player base so not enough people are buying gold but all the botters are still pumping gold into the economy full force.

Blizzard needs to banwave again to get this shit under control.

Totally agree, the rate at which gold is spent should be slightly higher than the rate it's earned, this way people have to chose wisely from how their gold should be spent and also the gold prices would increase dramatically. I hope they will add gambling, more "professions" with more attractive recipes. And perhabs even increase repair costs.

This is my opinion, be free to share yours.

Buy it low as you can before patch is announced, sell day of/after 1.05. It did the same thing before patch 1.04 - once players come back for 1.0.5 the price will skyrocket for a few days. I hope anyways, still doing my research & I only have been on the D3 market since a few days before 1.0.4. Got my DH to 60 - realized was not the right class to start botting/gearing as they are expensive as shit (4 pc nats ... GG XXX million) where I got my barb A3 WW ready for under US 5m.
Just takes patience looking in AH upgrading pieces by bidding, not buyouts (unless steal of deal / quick profit flip) - I got my OH for 5k gold. 275 strength, 758 LOH, 82 vit, & socket & MH 131 strength, socket, 45 crit dmg, 76 vit, 850 dps for 150k

Price 4days ago 0,84€ per million
Today its 0,66€

Even if after patch price rise, it will rise from 0.25 (because until patch prices will hit floor for sure, they are dropping 2-3 cents daily) to 0.6-0.7 at best.

This morning it was around 0,71? and now its 0,57 .... seriously wtf?
