Is it considered "safe' to run the bot after maintainance or patch update?

it's been proven through history that if you wait 2 weeks after patch you should avoid any stealth patch... but that was only because they didn't use to check patches and only warden, all coders know how MMOGlider got detected through the patch and they also check patches (I hope) for detection code.
WardenGuy is also surprising, my guess is that he will release detection code through the patch which will detect bots on other games... that's what I would do because they would only be looking for their own current bot detection code for that game OR would put it in the CD that you purchase (not for that game but for the other games blizzard owns).
