Is it better to Quest before use GB in the Cata Areas?! (like Sons of Hodir in Wotlk)

Hello,

i just have the question if someone knows if it is better to quest in an area before botting there with GB?!

I know, the under water world! But what is with the other areas.

As far as I'm aware there's no elites that will crush your toon if it lands near a node. I went ahead and quested all the zones on my paladin to get him gear and to be able to farm zones easier. Only problem is phasing on some nodes can mess it up occasionally.

until know i die very often in some areas, because of the many adds ... maybe they wouldn't be there if i quested there?! don't know
