Is honorbuddy shareable?

Me and my friend share wow accounts and he plans on buying honorbuddy. I would also buy it except i don't have credit card but he does. Since we share wow accounts i was wondering if we can share honorbuddy too. So when he is not botting i can do bot. Also, we plan on botting on our main account

if he buys honorbuddy he can do whatever he wants with the sessions. if he wants to share that should be fine.
