Its as safe as always but there is never a 100% security. If you cannot take the risk loosing an account you should not bot at all.
Btw. which "BIG ass banwave"?
If there is/was a wave ongoing we would have noticed you.
From the reports I also do not see more bans than normal. A lot of them from old accounts which where not active while the ban was initiated so I guess its again the good old being reported in the past.
Cool, thanks for the reply.. Would you say that most likely the only way to be caught, is by being reported from other characters and players in the game? Like i shouldn't have to worry about your guys security about Blizz having proof a bot? && The banwave that had just happened yesterday with PQR/PQinterface.. Not honorbuddy , haha.
No offense, but you must have been under a rock yesterday and the day before.
It was a PQR/PE banwave, doesn't affect HB however a lot of users of PQR were users of HB - myself included.
There are "reports" going around of over 500k accounts being affected - I think that qualifies as more than the usual amount of bans lol. Most got 72hrs, while a LOT got perma bans, and they aren't being reversed when appealed against.
OT, HB is very safe if you use it as a normal player would - ie don't let it run for obscenely long durations of time (more than 12 hours in 1 sitting for me is not normal). I have been using HB since DS in Cata (only to level alts/grind bg's at first) but I started using it a lot more last season when I discovered paid "premium" routines (much like Vitalic's / Cokx's). I used one of Tuanha's routines to get almost 2.4k last season and 2.2k this season, and have used a lot of his routines to get 2k+ on different classes.
If you are wanting to use HB the same way you used PQR, then yes it is extremely safe, as long as you set the correct delay on interrupts so you don't get reported for interrupt hacking!

Correct. The "wave" yesterday was related to people using other software.
Experience in the past showed two things:
1. Most people get banned because of other peoples reports or because they do things a normal person would never do like farming 3 days in a row without a break or something like this
2. Every bot is a paying customer for Blizz too meaning they act on reports for the public but I do not think they have a real interest in a 100% bot free server environment. They would loose a lot of money
Technically I am sure they can ban/detect most botters if they really want.
While number of wow subscribers goes down and down Blizz would loose a lot of paying customers including also legit gamers which do not farm and need the bot mats in the AH all the time.
So why should they kill a big part of their business?
No one really knows btw. for sure whats going on inside Blizz so aboves comment is only my personal 50 cent to the whole topic
