Is honorbuddy safe to use this close to patch?

I remember using wowgremlin and glider back in the days and after every patch they had to take down the servers of the bots to update because of the warden updates, how does honorbuddy work and is it safe yet to use it without getting caught by glider? And if not then when will an update be released?
