Is honorbuddy detected ?

Hello, few minutes ago my botting account was banned. Not like I expected for gold selling/abuse of economy but for:
"Action: Closure - World of Warcraft License
Violation: Unapproved Third Party Software"

Fresh windows, wow etc. after 3 bans last month for abuse of economy. This account just got 3 days, 100% monitored, just preparing for botting.
Someone else got banned too ? Or its just bad luck ?

What did u use? the felblight farm pofile or only a CR?
 
Kicks 90-100, about 3hr BGBuddy and few hr skyshards. All 100% monitored
 
...BGBuddy...there you are...

Everybody knows that Battleground are one of the fastest ways to get banned.

Yeah that lvl profile pack is easy detected by that automatic ban system.Sorry for the los man. i personally will never use HB again after losing 2 accounts :-)

And lvled my hunter from 90-100 by hand.keeping this account safe ^^ You should to ;)
 
There is nothing to do which kick profiles, Im using them all the time.
Hmm I got banned during BG, this explains a lot.
 
Yep BGbuddy is a killer to,don't know why they dont remove that bot.

i have been lvling np with the bot for the past 3 days but i only do it for 2-3 hr intervals bg buddy is easily detected
 
For every 1 ban report, there's probably a thousand people that have done the same thing successfully for months without any issues.

There's no need to say that you've been running something and haven't been banned.

Is the bot detected? Noone knows. It's clear however that Blizz could detect us and the HB team, nor anyone else out there besides Blizz themselves, can tell us how they did it.

That's why there was a banwave a couple months back. Every single one of us may be detected again, and none of us will know we've been detected until we get banned.

Don't bot on an account that you aren't willing to lose.
 
Been running 2 bots - only CRs for several months now, no issues.

I mainly only use CRs though because of my disability.
 
4 accounts perma banned within 2 weeks of one another. see, I can do that too. The last 2 is what stopped me from botting. Use the fact your still running as some delusional means of convincing yourself your safe if you must.. but it proves zero. All it means is they haven't decided to ban you yet. It will happen, it is detected as are all x86 bots at this point.

/em gm looks at players account. Oh, your running x86 wow on an x64 machine...oh AND you use CTM? GG Bai!
 
Is Hb detected? Yes.
But not as in they know as soon as you log on or else we would all be banned.
There are High risk things you can do like BG bot, arena insta kick, gathering and using kicks basically anything that follows that same path over and over or is simply to good is high risk.
Then there is also what I like to call the dick bag factor, other botters who don't like you on there turf and report you, the main thing seems to be gathering but I have also had this in dungeons and raids.

A example is I was in a raid levelling a alt and I got called out for botting by a hunter using tuanha's routines I know he using tuanha's was simply because I use his stuff my self and can spot most routines a mile away. anyway I kept a eye on him and he got the 6 month ban hammer as well so I guess karma is a bitch.
Why botters report each other is beyond me but they do it.

Then there is the 64 bit factor if you go to steam OS statistics page you will see that the number of 32 bit clients is very small about 3.5% this is the main thing that worries me atm we stick out like a sore thumb on 32bit Wow. Answer me this why would you manually change a wow client on a 64 bit operating system to 32 bit? Answer: You have an additional software requirement that needs it.

Just do no bot on a account you want to keep it's as simple as that. The longer the time line you bot the higher the risk of getting discovered is.
