Is HB more detectable on a laggy computer?

I have a buddy who uses HB, and is laptop is a little laggy at times. with the way warden works, would he have a higher chance of getting detected than a fast computer?

Not by warden, but if you have bad lag problems it can make you easier to get noticed if you're around other players.
