Is hb servers down?

Because whenever I start the bot says

Honorbuddy v3.0.16279.860 started.
Logging in...
Attaching to D3D11
Attached to WoW with ID 8588


And nothing happens like it cant attach or something I tried restarting and still it worked 1 hour ago

it worked when I made new folder of hb and unziped whole hb to it, what I need to delete in my old folder for it to work again? I deleted cahce no luck
