Is default profile best to use for bg botting?

Hi everyone. I would like to know if using the default profile is best for doing random bg's. I ran a few with bg bot and found out it pretty much says I'm a bot lol. I know there are alot of botters that farm honor with no problems. But are they using the default profiles or some version of their own. I guess I'm trying to find out if there is something out there that is less obvious. Thanks guys

I'm not entirely sure about what i'll write below, but that might be better than no answer.

BGBot might have hardcoded profiles so you cannot change them.

I heard some people use custom profiles (kick's or someone else's) for PvP bot.
