is CSC.EXE a bad file?

i was watching my processen and i hade a exe in it called csc.exe witch caused 25% cpu useage now i readed on google that it could be a virus and slowing down your pc and cause crashes i downloaded some programs bought them to remove bad dll errors and the csc.exe and my wow runs even better now one time it lagged out my 5 wow accounts witch i didnt had befor. but how did that file came into my processen? my pc is now to more quieter since ive done that

google it mate, chances are if you noticed it and got paranoid then someone else has and has asked the same question.

Upload the file to www.virustotal.com it will be flagged as something by one of the virus scanners if it is a virus or not
