Seems that everyone else is having the same problem I was just running fine turned away looked back HB closed, signed back in and all plug-ins botbase and profiles were gone.

as far as i know its not down, however they could be working on it.

ether post a log and i can give you stuff to do, or give it a while and see if it comes back.

Provided constructive feedback to CodeNameG's reply/troubleshooting tips, and my post was deleted. What in the name of fuck does it matter if this isn't my own thread? We're all trying to fix the same issue.

In IT even if it seems obvious that issues are related you have to treat them as though they aren't until you definitively establish that they are. Every person with a problem needs to post their own thread. Counter intuitive maybe, but logical.

Yeppers. It's rather common for people to experience almost identical problems with fundamentally different causes. I doubt that is the case here with the Buddy Store not streaming, but HB has to follow their own established protocol for troubleshooting and supporting users.
