Is bot still down?

i see theres new bot 1.3 but when i download it still says 1.29 and i cant connect. Is anyone else having this problem?

A. Please wait for us to update the bot. We do not do automatic updates and must check over the changes each time. Path of Exile is a game that patches quite frequently in off-times for most people, so some patches might take longer than others to get updates deployed, depending on when they take place. Under certain cases, the Beta version of the bot will be updated and working before the Release version is. Please see the "Beta vs Release" section of the Exilebuddy Project Guide.
