Is blizzard using crash reports to catch Honorbuddy users?

Saw that by default the "Send to Blizzard" was checked and that I think even if you pressed "Close" it would then send the report, I really think this new crash dialog should be looked at as I think it might be one of the ways that blizzard is catching out some of the honorbuddy users... as some have reported that they got banned after accidentally sending these ban reports which proves that blizzard does do checked for honorbuddy.exe (maybe).

Again, should be looked at as it seems to trick people into sending the reports by not having a "No" option.
 
its no trick. crash reports always do that. there are many threads on this already. im not dismissing your claim as being crazy, im just steering you toward other similar threads
 
I suspect it's not so much an attempt at catching botters (though I'm sure they decided it would be a lovely bonus), but more because they're sick of people complaining about crashes and yet never sending in reports.

There are ways to get around this sort of thing. Most of the info is in demonbuddy forums.
