is all battel.net time conting together ?

I mean if i have 5 accoutns under one battel.net so i play with acc1 for like10h then i play with acc2 for 5h and then acc3 4h and acc4 5h
do i get band or it's only count per account not whole of battel.net ?
and the band will be on one account or all the Battel.net accounts ?
