Is Act 5 bugged?

I am stuck in Westmarch Commons in the Plague Tunnels. When my char zones in the Plague Tunnels it doesn't search for Level 2, but it just stands still at the portal back to the Westmarch Commons.

Every Rifts so far have been running smoothly and Act 1 did run pretty well as well, but Act 5 gives me problems. Anyone else experience this?

Yes there are still issues with Act 3 and Act 5 bounties. There are over 400 bounties that TarasBulba has to code one by one ontop of the other projects he works on. He is fixing them as fast as he can as time allows. You can help by posting logs of the bugged quests in the Adventurer thread.
