Irregular yet frequent disconnects

Hi there ever since moving to campus I have been getting disconnected often. Its usually after a BG or some time during. I can't pin-point why or how, but I have my main account open just sitting there camping Aeonaxx and while he'll remain online the HB account will get disconnected and sometimes if I try back to log in it'll just spam disconnects me until I log into another character on that account.

Has anyone had this problem before and/or know how to fix it? Thanks.

your campus internet proboly has the HB ports blocked as they are used for other services that the school may find inappropiate.

My suggestion gt the ip to HB Auth server and run a ping/trace w/e you need to see how you are getting disconnected and where.

I have the same issue when using my schools internet and it is simply they block the ports HB uses.

Well, I am having the same issues, anyone knows wich ports the HB uses? I will try to forward them to my computer to see if the problem is solved...
