Ip banning possible?

hey i consider making a lvl 10 trial and trying some "flying hack" this is highly bannable - and if there is any risk that it will bann my main cause of using this on a trial i wont... so can they bann me by my IP or something?

I don?t think Blizz would ban you by IP, since that would be unable to create more accounts, and they want to make money. But they will prob investigate by IP

Nothing wll prob happen to your main account. Think about how many people have done this/do it everyday. They don?t have time enough time to investigate.

but its still a risk - and when u got 4 80's with 5,6k GS+ i wont take that risk..

when i bot on my second account on same pc - i NEVER play manually on my main either - cause i wont risk my main acc =)

In some countries it's still common practice that 1 public IP is shared trough the ISP by like 50 to 100 people.
I highly doubt they would block by IP as they would block potentially "honest" customers as well if that IP is shared by the ISP.
This is often the cheap solution of internet in block of appartments and the sorts to save money (they use docsis for that)
