IP ban? IDLE

I do have multiple accounts all of em experiencing same IDLE in PF, checked the app and found out that I could log in but couldnt see any pokestops nor pokemons on these multiple accounts? Am I likely to be banned? or have to wait time?

Likely to be an IP Ban. use a proxy if you wanna bot multiple accounts
