Inventory recycling is not working!

I setup the inventory to recycle all potions and revives at 1.... and yet it still keeping them with no limit,

could this be fixed please?

The Pokefarmer recycles the items when your inventory is full

Are you completely sure? Bcs I feel like the XP/H slows down when my pokeballs run out when the bag is getting fully.
